Can I fax in new prescriptions?

Faxing of prescriptions is allowed between physicians and pharmacies. Individuals may fax us a prescription, but the medications will be held by the pharmacist until the original prescription is presented at the store for pick up. It is only a courtesy to our patients to help speed the prescription filling process along, an informative “head start” for the pharmacist to prepare your medication, but it is not the same as receiving a new faxed prescription from your physician or dentist.
