The Corner Drug Stores Savings Club
The Corner Drug Stores Savings Club is a discounted prescription buying program for individuals who have no prescription drug coverage or insufficient drug coverage. Members are entitled to discounts on cash prices for select medications included in the Corner Drug Stores Savings Club formulary. Members shall pay an annual fee of $5 for family households. Family price includes spouse and dependents under the age of 23. Cards for other adult family members, such as parents or grandparents, will cost an additional $5 per household. The Corner Drug Stores Savings Club is not insurance, nor is it an insurance benefit, nor is it intended as a substitute for insurance. These special prices are not "Usual and Customary" prices, as they are only extended to members of the Drug Bug Club, who have properly enrolled and paid annual membership fees. These special prices will not be transmitted to third party carriers.
The Corner Drug Stores Savings Club formulary offers select medications in most classes of drugs currently available on the market. Corner Drug Stores, Inc. reserves the right to modify the formulary at any time by adding or deleting medications. The website, www.CornerDrugStores.com will post the current formulary drugs. There are times that changes to the website may be delayed, so check with your pharmacy location for all current prices. Changes in the pharmaceutical marketplace may dictate immediate changes in formulary products and prices. For any and all brand name drugs that are included in the formulary, if and when a generic equivalent is available, the generic equivalent will take the place of the brand name on the drug formulary. In such case, the Corner Drug Stores Savings Club pricing may no longer apply to the brand name drug.
You may cancel your membership at any time, however, if any savings benefits were realized using the Corner Drug Stores Savings Club card, NO refund of sign-up fee will be given.
Participation in the Corner Drug Stores Savings Club automatically entitles you to save 10% on Mutual Drug, QC Brand, and Nature’s Bounty Vitamin products immediately. You must show your Mutual Drug Senior Savings Club card to the cashier at time of checkout, which is our present means of identifying Corner Drug Stores Savings Club members. Rewards will not apply to prior purchases.
Description of savings: The Corner Drug Stores Savings Club (Drug Bug Club) will offer prescription savings on hundreds of drugs, both brand and generics. These drugs will cover all disease states and drug classes. Pricing will vary depending on whether a customer gets a 30-day quantity or a 90-day quantity.
Corner Drug Stores In-store Accounts will be used for any store refunds without a receipt that total more than $5.00. Once issued, the In-Store Account may be used to make any purchases at any Corner Drug Stores, Inc. location. Store credits may not be redeemed for cash value except where required by law, do not expire, and items bought with refund credit may not be returned for a cash refund.

If you are uninsured or your insurance doesn't cover all of your medications, the Corner Drug Stores Savings Club (Drug Bug Club) offers discounted prescription pricing for you and members of your household, plus an additional savings of 10% on Mutual Drug brand, QC brand, and Nature’s Bounty brand vitamin products. This is a membership price only- not extended to the general public. To quote an old advertising line “Membership has its privileges!” The Drug Bug Club can be purchased if you have “private” or employer provided insurance plans.

Visit any of our three Corner Drug Store locations and our pharmacy staff can sign you up and get you started saving today. Saving money on your prescriptions has rarely been easier. + How do I use my Drug Bug Club for pet prescriptions?
In order to qualify for the discount, you must have a valid prescription for your pet and the medication must be one that has a human equivalent. Your veterinarian will tell you if your pet’s prescription can be filled at a retail pharmacy. Your Corner Drug pharmacist can tell you if the medication is covered under the Drug Bug Club program and what the price is. Also don’t forget that Corner Drug Stores also compounds and flavors many medications for your special family member. + Is the Drug Bug Club a substitute for prescription insurance?
No. This program is not an insurance plan. However, this plan offers significant savings on a fee for service basis, with a specified annual enrollment fee, at this time of only $5 per household. If you already have prescription coverage, you will need to choose to either purchase your prescription medications using your Corner Drug Stores Savings Club OR pay the applicable co-pay amount under your insurance or other third party payer program. No claims will be submitted to a third party payer for prescriptions processed using the Corner Drug Stores Savings Club plan. These special prices are not our Usual and Customary prices, and are extended to Drug Bug Club members only. + What if I have other prescription discount cards?
Our pharmacy policy is use only one “discount card” per prescription, and in most cases our Drug Bug Club will offer equivalent or better pricing. We will use manufacturers’ discount cards or coupons in addition to the Drug Bug Club savings plan to help reduce your costs on your specific manufacturer’s product. + Can I find out the Drug Bug Club price for my prescriptions before going to the pharmacy?
Yes. Call your Corner Drug pharmacy with your medication(s) and strength and our pharmacy staff can give you the Club pricing over the phone. This price is not our “Usual and Customary” price. Savings Club members receive a special price not available to the general public. It is a privilege you are paying for. + Will I need to bring my card with me every time I visit my Corner Drug Stores location?
To ensure ALL of the members of your household enjoy the prescription savings and the automatic 10% savings on the hundreds of Mutual Drug, QC and Nature’s Bounty brand products it would be best to bring your Savings Club card. However, since we try to know our customers and their families, just remind us to look you up in the system and we will verify your membership and pass the savings along to you or your family members. The prescription savings information is stored in your profile, so savings on your prescriptions becomes automatic. + How long does it take to receive my Drug Bug Club card?
Your Corner Drug Stores Savings Club card is handed to you immediately after you sign up. Presently all enrollments are done at the store level. + What happens if I lose my card?
